Our Mission
Operating since 1996, we originally opened for staff and families at our Nursing Home facility. We now operate to serve the community with programs for infants through preschoolers.
Our mission is to provide high quality educational and social programming that is convenient and affordable for parents.
Our well-planned, age appropriate curricula include:
- Physical Fitness
- Extracurricular Activities
- Community Involvement
We have an open-door policy for your peace of mind and encourage all parents to call or drop in anytime to see your child interacting with our staff and other children.
Becoming Family
We partner with parents to become an extension of family. We share the same goals for your children – protecting, guiding and nurturing their health development and well-being.
Our warm environment allows children to thrive, make friendships, prepare for kindergarten and build strong foundations for success.
Through different kinds of play children learn how to express ideas and feelings, solve problems, concentrate, follow directions, recognize differences, relate to others and use their bodies to experience the world.
Our Center gives children opportunities to explore dynamic outdoor spaces and classrooms.
We Believe
We at Advinicare Early Education Center strive to provide a supportive environment with an appropriate blend of structured educational and social time for our children.
Evidence supports our belief that social and emotional readiness is crucial to successful kindergarten transition, early social success and later accomplishments. Our daily activities are designed for children’s active participation in a setting that reinforces security and self-esteem.
We are proud of our healthy, loving environment in which every child receives the appropriate nurturing, guidance and stimulation to help reach his or her fullest potential.
Our Specialty
We pride ourselves in offering a unique intergenerational program with seniors who reside at AdviniaCare Northbridge Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and attend our Adult Day Care.
This program has become a distinguished feature of ours that enhances the life for both the children and seniors.
Under the supervision of our staff, the intergenerational programming is a combination of spontaneous and planned activities designed to capitalize on studies that show children and elders benefit from each others presence. This program fosters growth within children by teaching additional social responsibility and the skills need to interact with adults. This fosters:
- Development of caring relationships between ages
- Giving and receiving support from non-parent adults
- Fostering positive attitudes toward aging and life
- Allowing the sharing of skills and wisdom of the older generation with the younger
- Providing mentoring and role models
- Stimulating the senses and opportunities for learning
- Includes activities such as daily visits, toddler dress up days with elders and a weekly resident reader fir preschoolers
- Time together enjoyed by both groups
- Fun for all, and reduction in loneliness for elders
- Children supervised by teachers at all times
