Why AdviniaCare Early Education Center
Operating since 1996, we originally opened for staff and families at our Nursing Home facility. We now operate to serve the community, with programs for infants through Preschoolers.

Classroom Facilities
Every detail is carefully considered, from the fun and colorful setup to the awesome toys, books, and learning materials that will keep our little buddies entertained for hours! Naptime is just as important, so we’ve got cozy bedding to ensure they get the rest they need.
Safety is our top priority and we follow strict sanitation procedures. We want our little ones to feel their best, so we keep the air clean and the lighting just right.
Communication is key, which is why we’ve got an awesome system that keeps parents in the loop.

Intergenerational Program
We pride ourselves in offering a unique intergenerational program with seniors who reside at AdviniaCare Northbridge Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and attend our Adult Day Care.
Under the supervision of our staff, the intergenerational programming is a combination of spontaneous and planned activities designed to capitalize on studies that show children and elders benefit from each other’s presence. This program fosters growth within children by teaching additional social responsibility and the skills needed to interact with adults
Indoor & Outdoor Play Areas
These areas are specifically designed with child safety in mind, so your little ones can have fun and explore with confidence. They’re full of exciting toys and games that are age appropriate! They help your child develop all sorts of skills, like coordination, socialization and creativity. With our indoor and outdoor play areas, your kids can socialize with peers, use up all their energy and have a blast – all in a safe environment for your peace of mind.
Social Interaction
Social interaction is such an important aspect that is carefully cultivated by our staff members. Our top priority is to create a warm, welcoming environment where kids can learn and thrive in their social skills. There are so many great opportunities for children to learn how to share, take turns and communicate clearly with their peers. Group activities, like playing games and learning exercises, help encourage social interaction and teamwork. It’s through these experiences that children develop empathy, respect for others and collaborative problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, socialization sets the foundation for nurturing future relationships while helping kids feel more comfortable in social situations. We love what we do and our teachers are dedicated to supporting the children’s social development and ensuring that everyone feels included and valued in our Early Education Center.
Development
Our facilities have the responsibility of providing a safe and nurturing environment for your little ones, while also catering to their unique developmental needs. Knowing that playing with peers and receiving guidance from adults is key to cognitive, social, and physical growth is just amazing!
It’s essential for us to understand the different stages of development and offer age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, communication, and self-expression. Our educators exceed Massachusetts training requirements. They are all first aid and CPR certified, USDA nutritionally trained and active in ongoing professional development.
We conduct trainings in using and having quick access to AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators) and also have on-site healthcare consultants and nurses for emergencies. We follow all safety procedures and maintain clean environments.
We provide your child with a safe, fun and nurturing environment to play, learn and make new friends. Experienced caregivers are on hand to encourage curiosity and exploration which can boost your child’s self-esteem and confidence in their abilities. Playing with other kids is so important for a child’s social development and our Early Education Center offers that in spades! It also provides routine and structure, which can reduce stress levels and foster academic and physical growth. Through different activities and games, our Early Education center helps improve your child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills.
